• Collaboration with specialty physicians including Cardiology and Pulmonology

Working together with you and your doctor, our professional healthcare team determines a personalized rehabilitation treatment program to ensure you enjoy the best possible outcomes with consideration for mind, body and spirit.

Our rehabilitation regimen includes visits from a physiatrist, a medical doctor who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Your physiatrist will measure your progress and make customized adjustments to your treatment based on your individual progress.
