Living at a CCRC is more than just a great way to put a plan in place for your future healthcare, it’s also a smart financial decision. The cost of living at Friendship Village is divided into two parts, the Entrance Fee and a Monthly Fee.

• Your Entrance Fee is what guarantees your place here, and a substantial portion may be refunded back, depending on your individual contract terms, to you or your family whenever you leave the community.
• Your Monthly Fee covers the expenses of your housing, and is what enables you to take advantage of all the wonderful services and amenities, as well as most of your meals, housekeeping, gym and pool access, and other daily costs. As a life care resident of Friendship Village, you may also qualify for significant tax deductions to help offset the cost.
