Ready to come see for yourself?
The Friendship Village lifestyle offers so much more than the typical Chicago senior living retirement community. In addition to enjoying such things as a maintenance-free home and access to our five on-site dining options, you get the comfort of knowing that your future is provided for, even if your needs change. It’s a smart way to plan for the future for you and your family.
A Flexible Plan that Puts You in Control
The Friendship Village lifestyle includes round-the-clock access to a wide array of exceptional services that are custom tailored to every resident’s individual needs. That’s because we offer what’s called a continuum of care that allows you to seamlessly transition from independent living to assisted living if the need arises. Memory support and skilled nursing are also available, allowing for a natural, compassionate and graceful progression of your healthcare needs.
The Safer Choice For Healthcare and A Smart Financial Move, Too.
Living at a continuing care retirement community is more than just a great way to put a plan in place for your future healthcare, it’s also a smart financial decision. The cost of living at Friendship Village is divided into two parts, the Entrance Fee and a Monthly Fee.
Your Entrance Fee is what guarantees your place at Chicago's leading retirement community, and a substantial portion may be refunded back, depending on your individual contract terms, to you or your family whenever you leave the community.
- Your Monthly Fee covers the expenses of your housing, and is what enables you to take advantage of all the wonderful services and amenities, as well as most of your meals, housekeeping, gym and pool access, and other daily costs. As a life care resident of Friendship Village, you may also qualify for significant tax deductions to help offset the cost.
